What You Receive on Courses:

Dates and course rates are for public courses in Melbourne. All rates are GST inclusive and may not apply to you depending on other arrangements. Courses may also be scheduled for Albury for Wagga.

Participants receive the following:

• small classes, one (1) computer each.

• instructor-led tuition at your pace.

• training manual of hands-on exercises and step-by-step instructions.

• light lunch and refreshments

• certificate of attendance listing the outcomes you covered.

• post-course support via the online Help Desk for 3 months.

• monthly e-mails of hints, tips and course dates.

• free refresher course to renew your skills (within 6 months, when available).
