Brief Outline:
This course takes you through the basics of using SQL (sometimes prounced 'seekwull', and stands for 'Structured Query Language').
Important SQL concepts are explained in simple terms, and issues you should keep in mind are introduced. This course also covers how SQL tables relate to Access databases.
The comprehensive hands-on exercises will show you how to understand and use SQL statements to extract data from a number of sources. You will learn how to use SQL to query an Access database and generate reports from the database. You will create and work with typical examples of SQL databases.

Brief Outline:
This course is designed for people with some experience in SQL as it covers more detailed examples of queries.
Learn how queries can be used to extract data with more control and how they can be used to create and edit tables.
In the instructor guided hands-on exercises you will create and delete databases and learn the important concepts of views, indexes and tables, and how they are integrated and how to use them for your particular projects.
