Brief Outline:
The main focus of this course is to help you to maximise your productivity, effectiveness and efficiency in managing your time in both your working/professional and personal lives.
You will learn how to better manage people, relationships, goals, to-dos, projects, meetings, and all the other day-to-day things we need to do and achieve. The course will also show you how to focus on your overall vision, your roles and goals and your priorities in life as a way to manage your working and personal lives.
The course takes you through how to use Microsoft Outlook as a tool for managing your time. You will learn powerful techniques for using Outlook effectively as part of your own personal time-management system that will improve your personal productivity and efficiency. The course will also show you how to integrate your paper-based diaries with your electronic calendar. How to prevent Outlook from ‘getting in the way’ of your day-to-day work and how to develop consistent work habits that do not affect your personal productivity are also covered.
Finally, you will learn how to develop a time-management system that works for you and to use Outlook to manage that system.

Recommended Prior Experience (Prerequisites):

- using shortcuts in E-mail and Contacts.
- using shortcuts in Calendar and Tasks.
- archiving Outlook data.
- printing Outlook views and data.
