Type of Delivery: We provide our training as public courses, closed corporate courses, and onsite training in your offices. We can also provide laptops to assist with hardware requirements. Courses can be customised so that even more relevant and more client-specific outcomes are achieved.
Sale of Training Manuals: CLASS Training's course manuals are available for your own in-house training or self study. They contain hands-on, mastery-learning exercises, and have minimal background reading and theory. Manuals are designed to be used as self-paced and instructor-led courseware. Keyboard shortcuts, revision exercises, and typical everyday problems for you to solve are included in CLASS Training courseware. Sample files for use with the manuals are supplied as well.

Room Hire: CLASS Training's high-tech facilities are available for hire by organisations for their own proprietary training courses. Competitive rates are offered for use of training rooms, and a full range of services are supplied, including onsite support, Internet access, catering and more.

Online Help Desk & Support: To ensure your new skills are maintain, we provide extensive post-course support options, such as phone and e-mail support, as well as a full online help desk. You use the help desk to post your questions or queries and CLASS Training personnel will answer those within 24 hours. The help desk also contains a large knowledebase of Q&As you can browse to find the solution to your problem.

Computer courses are conducted in our well-equipped training room:
We have ten (10) PCs (Core 2 Duo, 2 GB RAM, 120 GB HDD, flat-screen LCD monitors), plus a teacher/demonstration computer, all networked with broadband Internet access.
Windows XP/7 and Office 2003/2007 are preinstalled, with others installed or imaged on request.
Teacher-demonstration software is provided in the training room with a data projector.
Lunch is served in a nearby café restaurant and refreshments are served in the comfortable break-out area.
Free all-day car parking is available.
Facilities for conducting heads-up/hands-off conferences/seminars are available.

After being 'born and bred' in Albury, Mark taught senior chemistry, junior science and computing studies in a Sydney private boarding school for 10 years. From there, he moved into the field of publishing, and wrote and published four high school textbooks.
Mark conducted computer courses in Sydney on a consultancy basis from 1989 to 1992, and then moved back to Albury in 1993. In 1994 he established CLASS Training as the premier provider of computer training services to small business, corporations and government organisations.
Mark is involved in developing business relationships, as well as face-to-face training, courseware development and marketing. Solving people's problems (computer ones not personal ones!) is also one of Mark's important roles.
Mark's training specialties include Microsoft Office applications, MYOB, Adobe Acrobat, graphics, desktop publishing and web desgin, and many others.
Roberta Huntley is one of the main trainers at CLASS Training and specialises in MYOB and QuickBooks training and consultancy.
Other trainers are used according to their expertise. All trainers have Assessment and Workplace Training Category IV, or equivalent, or Diploma in Education qualifications. Trainers are put through an extensive trial program to ensure that they are suitable for delivering professional, effective and easily understood tuition.
All trainers have both extensive educational and industry experience, so they know how to get the right message across to you.
During courses, trainers will answer any specific questions or queries you might have about your particular work.
